Pashupati Darshan

The morning after tea, you will be visiting Pashupatinath Temple to offer pooja.

Pashupatinath Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The lord is considered one of the most sacredly important Jyotirlinga out of the twelve.  Pashupatinath temple is important and is worshipped by all forms of Hinduism, in the name of Lokeswara, by Buddhist, as Mahadeva by Shiva Shakta followers, Mahadeva and Mahayogi, by Natha and Mandaleswara groups. Similarly, people from Jainism, Kiraties, Baishnaw, and Krishna followers, and others from different clans and clusters also worship the Pashupatinatha. There are hundreds of gods and goddess are around the temple.

In the entrance of Temple, Ganesh, Kumar: First worshipping the Gods.

In front of the temple, bit on height, Dakshinavimukha: Also considered the teacher of lord shiva. Which remains closed and was once open at the time of Mahashivaratri.

Inside the main courtyard, Basuki Naga, Lal Ganesh, Kumara, Narayana, lord Krishna, Kirtimukha Bhairawa, Bchhaleswari,  Chausathhi Shiva linga, Paradesi Bhairaw, Umukteswar Bhairava, Ashtamatrika gana, Hanumana, and a Big metal bull (Basaha)s are there.

On the eastern side, on the riverbank, Birupakshya also called Kali murti.

There are Ram mandir, Gorakhnath, Kirateswar on the side of Mrigasthali, and crimination land of Shivapuri mahaprabhu, Khaptad mahaprabhu are across the river.

A temple of Bhasmeswara Mahadewa is also located on the side of Aarya ghat (where funeral ceremonies are held ), Also, there is a temple of Ban kali on the western side and Mahagauri (Guhweshwari) on the eastern side of the temple. Uma Kund and Mahagauri snan ghat in the northern side of Main temple and land called Kailash.

The pooja will be held in the main temple. Once the regular Rudravishek will be over, then pooja, rudravishek, panchamrit snan opportunities are offered to the visitors. 

Pooja aarati, hawan, panchamrit snan or Bal bhog shall be offered in the morning time, and evening will be followed by aarati or Lakshya deepa. ,

-      -    Rudravishekh, Balbhog with panchamrit pooja             

-      -    Laghu rudravishekh, poorna bhog with panchamrit pooja

-      -    Rudravishek, bhog with swalakh (125000) batti aarati with panchamrit pooja         

-      -    Rudravishek, sawalakh batti aarati, hawan with purna bhog, and panchamrit pooja

-      -    Whole day pooja with nitya bhog in the presence of devotees

-      -    One day Maharudree                              

-     -     Ekadasiya maharudree                                     

-      -    Ekadasiya Atirudree    

After offering the guru Dakshina and brahman bhojan, back to the hotel.

 or, If you're offering a short timing pooja, then you will have enough time to visit other sites too.

                                             

Morning free on your own, or you may fix for another site. Take your Breakfast. Proceed to the airport and fly back home.
